Cutest Crew

I recently had to take my four legged fur baby tro the Vet last week for his annual check up and vaccination, he passed with flying colours!

While I was there I asked how they were doing for cards and the said they could do with a top up as they were getting low.

So when I returned to the crafting table, I set to designing the next round of cards.

I always start with a prototype to begin with, then when I'm happy, I set to making a big batch, usually about 40 or 50. They seem to send out more cards for Dogs so I started with those first.

Funnily enough, when the Cutest Crew Bundle first came out, I thought it was cute but I decided not to get it.....can't believe I did that! I eventually came to my senses and added it straight to cart and I'm so glad I did. This set turned out to be perfect for the Vet Donation cards.

With this design, I got to stamp, die cut and colour. Yes it was a bit of work to do so many cards but it's so worth it for the cause.

I couldn't resist using the Paw Print Embossing Folder for the background which is NOT a Stampin' Up! product. I've had that in my stash for years and I think I bought it off Ebay yonks ago. But I've hung onto it specifically for these cards.

I coloured the dogs in with light skin coloured blends. It was actually very relaxing sitting to colour so many.

I'm really happy with this design and I hope they are too.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card today.

All items with the exception of the embossing folder and stamp set (from a now retired Pet kit) are listed below and all items are available for purchase from my online store.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!!!
