Simple Merriest Trees

A super simple one for today and one that demonstrates how to turn the scrap piece into a card.

I'm also thinking that this card would be good to make in bulk.

I used one of the Merriest Trees Dies to die cut the tree in a piece of Basic Beige cardstock.

I then simply mounted that piece on to dimensionals to give it some depth and placed some scrap dsp behind it .

The sentiment was stamped straight onto the card base and for some interest, I added a small piece of folded ribbon and linen thread in the corner and stapled to make sure it stays in place.

Finished off with a gold star atop the tree of course.

I love the simplicity of this one and I'm loooking forward to sending it out to someone this holiday season.
