CASE-ing the boss!

Recently Sara Douglass, the CEO of Stampin' Up! showed in a crafty video on her facebook page, how to make a cute gift bag inside a card, she called it an Interactive Christmas Card.

Well I really loved the front and the simplicity and realised quickly that it was going to make a fantastic bulk christmas card. So I sprung into action to case.

This card is perfect to use up scrap pieces left over on your table.
I've used the Golden Greenery Bundle for the foliage in the back and even took the opportunity to use some retired Textural Elements. I added some Cherry Cobbler berries to those for some interest.

The dsp sqaure is a fancy piece from the Season of Green & Gold Specialty and just cut into a 3" x 3" square.
Meaning you could get 4 squares with no waste to a piece of 6" x 6" piece of dsp.

Then a simple stamped image and die cut in Mossy Meadow and Old olive and placed on top and finished off with some LInen Thread and a stamped greeting direct to the card base.

What a fantastic card! I'm so happy with it and I ended up making about 20 or so of these to add to the collection of christmas cards to send out this season.
Thanks Sara!

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card today.
All items used to make this card (except anything retired) features below and all items are available for purchase from my online store.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!
