Help Me Grow

When I first saw this bundle, I immediately thought of my mum and dad who were, up until recently avid gardeners.

This set will suit cards for both of them which means its going to be a versatile set.

Mothers Day is approaching here in Australia so I was keen to get this set out to create.

I made this card during a live crafty session with my team and I CASE'd the layout from Laura Milligan.

Rather than use Silver foil for the metal on the tools, I decided to use paper as I thought it would be pretty and something different.

I wanted soft feminine colours to suit a Mothers Day card so I went with our brand new 2026-2028 In Colors. The In Color Cardstock and Dots will be available for purchase May 5th.

used some Linen Thread on just one handle for a bit of interest.

Because there is so much going on with the tools and the decoration of them, I wanted to keep the sentiment small so I went with a simple Hello. You could swap it out for a small Mothers Day greeting instead or stamp it on the inside.

Now, did you notice anything not quite right about this card?

Yep, the handle on the fork is upside down!!! Woops. Never mind, I think I still made it work.

I'm hoping whoever I give it to doesn't notice lol

I'm really happy with this card and I look forward to sending it to someone soon.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card for today.

All items used to make this card features below and are available for purchase from my store.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!
