Pine Tree Trimmings

Now these ones are super easy and fun!

I made a Reel demonstrating how these come together quickly, you can check that out over on Hello Day Cards on Instagram.

This card is a great example that you only need a few supplies to make a great card amd this would be relatively simple to do in bulk as well.

My mind went to Beige to start with for something soft but then why stop at just one colour.

So I made one in Green as well.

These cards were made with the Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes pack.

I actually cut the card base in half because it's printed on both sides, so this gives me twice as many card fronts. I just needed to adhere them to coordinating card bases.

You just simply take the Christmas Tree die in the bundle and cut that out of the card front, layer a piece of what cardstock behind it to stamp the tree on in the die cut space, pop some dimensionals on a greeting and DONE!

You could add more bling if you wanted to or even a gold star for the top of the tree. I didn't want to over do them so I kept them simple.

The gold lines in the printed layers match perfectly with the sentiment and gives the card a hint of fancy.

I love these, so much so that I couldn't stop after making these two and I ended up making a whole stack.

I'm really happy with this card and I can't wait to send them on their way this festive season.
