You Are Remarkable

One of the cards I need alot of and I send alot of are Birthday cards so I'm always looking to make a decent stash each month. I like them all different rather than one design in bulk.

I took inspiration for this one from Emma Goddard in the U.K.

I came across one of her cards and I was really drawn to stamping over the top of a background design. That could be a sheet of dsp with a subtle background or one handmade.

So I came up with this.

For starters, Cloud Cover & Secret Sea together are a match made in heaven don't you think?

I created the background by using a Water Painter with ink to brush thick & thin lines across a sheet of basic white, then I stamped all my elements over the top in Secret Sea to match the layer.

For the images, I've used the You Are Remarkable Stamp Set and the Elements of Text stamp set for a more subtle background image.

I've used a sentiment from the Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pk for something quick and finished off with some 25-27 In Color Pearls.

I'm really happy with this one and I can't wait to send it on its way to someone soon.
