Coneflowers

 I was excited when I saw this bundle.

The Coneflower die is quite big so it can be the main focal point on the card. So when I saw this layout, I just had to CASE it.

This layout originally made by Melissa Faust in the U.S.

The colour combination of Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon, Timid Tiger and Peach Pie is striking and I love it.

To create the "fullness" of the petals on the flower, I die cut them twice and layered them over each other, slightly offset.

Melissa originally created a seperate banner along the bottom of the flower for her sentiment however I chose to just stamp it straight on the Arched Die Cut.

I chose to die cut the Arch in Basic Beige rather than white so it was softer behind the flower.

Finished off with a few Antique Pearls, this one was sent to a Demonstrator Support agent in the Sydney office, to thank her for helping me with a challenge.

I'm really happy with this card and I hope she liked it too.
