Blooming Phrases

A simple one today using just one Stamp Set.

I also CASE'd this one from Helen Read of All Things Stampy in the U.K.

I'm a big fan of simple cards and this one demonstrates that sometimes KISS is all you need to do, particularly if you don't have a lot of supplies or are time poor and just need to whip up a quick card.

These smaller image stamps are perfect to work with for this design.

To make sure the images fit, I die cut the circles first and then stamped the flowers and stems where I wanted them.

A mix of colours makes it a pretty card and you could use any colour combo you desire.

I've used Crumb Cake as the base to give it a natural soft feel.

The sentiment is stamped straight onto the card base and with a change of sentiment, this card design could be used for different occasions, like Birthday, Mothers Day and Thinking of You to name just a few.

I've popped the circles up on dimensionals to give them a bit of depth and interestingly, its a no bling card too!

How did that happen?

I'm pretty happen with this card and I look forward to sending it on its way to someone soon.
