Florals in Bloom Fun Fold

I was very excited when I came across these, originally made by Patty Bennett in the U.S.

I love her channel and her videos are fantastic, she's a great teacher.

I watched the video to learn how to make these fun folds and surprisingly they are super easy.

So I made them my teams monthly card challenge for this month and these are the cards I made in a crafty sesh I held with  my team.

There are so many great things about this fun fold.

For starters, you can make two of these from one sheet of A4 cardstock with no waste which is a big plus.

Then depending on which way you fold your score lines when making the bases, you can have them oriented opposite directions, so they open from either side.

The second card is actually a Pocket Card so one flap will be permanently adhered down and one flap will open. 

Then the possibilities are endless as to what designer papers and dies and stamps you can use to decorate.

You can either decorate the insert or leave blank with plenty of space to write your sentimernt.
