Exactly one year ago today I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady who volunteers at the Lifeline Store at the shops I live near.
I happened to be walking past and she smiled and engaged in conversation, we quickly became friends and she told me that it was her birthday. So seeing as I was on my way to the supermarket I decided to get her a bunch of flowers. Fast forward to one year later and this time I made her a handmade card to go with another bunch of flowers.
She never opened it in front of me so I do hope she likes it.
I've used the gorgeous new Framed Florets Bundle for this one and coloured the die cut with Blends markers. I've layered those elegant oval die cuts on some of the patterned paper from the Fitting Florets Designer Paper pack. The entire suite is just elegant so it would be hard not to make something beautiful. Barb is a sassy 74 today and she is one special lady.
