Rainbow Bridge Cards

 Most of us know that when our loved fur babies pass, they cross Rainbow Bridge.

This bridge takes them to a magical place where they live their after life, care free, away from harm, disease and cruelty. They can run and play with others at Rainbow bridge and there they will stay for eternity.

Back in 2017 when I lost my little shadow Jackson, I received a suprise card in the mail from my local veterinary clinic, it was a Pet Sympathy card and it was handmade. I was so touched by the gesture that then and there I knew I had to do the same and make a difference.

So a few times a year, every year since 2017, I have been making batches of handmade Rainbow Bridge cards and donating them to my local Vet clinic so they have a handmade card to send to a client when they lose their fur baby.

It's hard when you lose a member of the family, I am just so happy that I can help to make someone feel a bit better.

These are the ones I have made just recently with the help of my team member and good friend Vicki from Daisy Cottage.

These cards were a great way to use up our stash of left over papers from the Sunshine & Rainbows pack, which was a pack you could earn for FREE during Sale-a-bration. I really wanted to use these ones for the simple fact is they had rainbow designs, appropriate for Rainbow Bridge cards.

The dog punch is retired but the Cat punch current. However for these cards alone, I will keep them both for a long time.

I'm happy to report the Cloud Punch will be carrying over into the new Annual Catty.
