Thursday this week was my friends birthday and I took her out for lunch.
I wanted to make a really nice card to go with her gift and as soon as I saw this, I knew it was the perfect card. The original designer is Martin of Martins Mayhem over in the U.K. He is uber talented and I adore his work.
Not only does my friend love Daisies, she is also a part of my Hello Daysie team, so I refer to them as Daysies.
So I thought it quite appropriate to make her a Daisy card.
I didn't have the original stamp set that Martin used so it called for improvising.
I used the Biggest Wish Stamp Set instead which was perfect, I needed something about the same size as Martin used, so it could be the focal point in the middle, not too big that it overtook the card and comfortable enough for me to fussy cut it out without turning it into a dogs breakfast.
I'm really happy with it and she absolutely loved it so success!!
