Time to get your MASK on!

So I was experimenting with the new Butterflies and Flowers Layering Decorative Masks and I couldn't believe how easy they were to use.

I tend to shy away from colouring because its not my strong suit but with these, all you need is the mask of choice, some Blending Brushes or if you prefer the Sponge Daubers and a colour combo of your choice starting with two colours.

This was one of the card fronts I came up with when I was experimenting.

The colours I have used are Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral.

With the masking, keep in mind that the first image you lay down will need the lighter colour first and you use the image that has the largest gaps.

Then you layer over the top the same image but with the smaller gaps and use the darker colour for over the top, meaning you can use any two colour combos of your choice.

So many possibilities.

A good tip is to cover your edges with washi or post it notes so you dont get lines.

Then just choose some bling to go with it and this is a relatively simple card to make.

Hey, if I can do it anyone can!

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today.

All items used to make this card feature in the recipe list below and are available from my online store.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!
