Recently I celebrated a team members birthday which was fun.
Another excuse to send a card......as if we need one right?
I sent her this one and I was very happy with the result
It's the first time I had tried the stripes freehand with various inks using the wide brush on a Water Painter, applied to shimmery white cardstock. The colours I used are Misty Moonlight, Balmy Blue, Smoky Slate and Daffodil Delight.
I lOVE this combo.
Then I just used the stunning Celebrate sunflowers bundle, heat embossed the sentiment and fussy cat, added some linen thread and VOILA!
Turns out, now I'm addicted to stripes lol
