Beautiful Gift Box

After receiving the Stamparatus and having some inky fun with it, I soon realised that it was best to use the Stampin Spots when stamping with it.

So that meant I needed a Stampin Spot in every Stampin' Up! colour.
It also meant I required some sort of box to store all 48 stampin spots.

Cue this gorgeous box!

This rather large lidded box is beautiful!
The finished size is 8" x 8"

Funnily enough, after I made it, I realised it wasn't big enough to hold all 48 stampin spots!!

But it won't go to waste. This sort of box is perfect for gift giving.

I have used some now retired Kraft 12x12 cardstock for the bottom piece and the stunning Springtime Foils Designer Paper which is a FREE Sale-a-bration item through to March 31st.

Finished off with some Organza Ribbon and some Copper Trim, you could also add a handmade gift tag.

Here is the video by Sam Donald at Pootles in the U.K. demonstrating how to make the box, it really is quite easy.
In this video, Sam has used the gorgeous Year of Cheer designer Papers which are now retired as they featured in the last Holiday/Christmas Catalogue. But you can use any papers and coloured cardstock for the bottom piece you wish.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my project today.
A list of items used to make this project features below and all items are available from my online store.
