Shake Shake Shake!

Who doesn't love a shaker card?
Something a little different and sure to put a smile on the recipients face.
I tend to have a bit of difficulty making shaker cards in the traditional way, so when I saw a version of this on You Tube, I knew I had to make it with some Stampin Up product.
I couldn't stop at one so I made three.
Perfect timing too with Valentines Day coming up.

Not all the vellum used in these three cards are by Stampin Up. The first one I had to raid my "other" stash.
The cards have another panel on the reverse side big enough to write a message.
They are all completely sealed so no worries about sequins leaking out.
I have used some non Stampin Up items to make these which include the newly acquired We Are Memory Keepers Fuse Tool which seals the edges of the sleeve, We Are Memory Keepers 4 x 6" Fuseable Sleeves and assorted sequins I had lying around.
The Glimmer Paper, die cut word Love, punched hearts and the silver and gold vellum are all Stampin Up.

I really enjoyed making these and at one pojnt had sequins everywhere when i gave one a good shake to see if it was sealed and it turned out..........it wasn't!! lol

I have so many ideas for these my head is bursting.

Why don't you give one a try today and stand out from the traditional Valentines Card.

Here are the Stampin Up items currently available.

(Unfortunately the die cut word "Love" I have used on these is no longer available, but you could substitute it with another word or just leave it off all together and embellish differently, maybe with some ribbon or punched pieces)
