However, if I had to pick two, the two that spring to mind first would be the Layered Letters Alphabet photopolymer stamp set and the Envelope paper. Then, of course it would be the Watermelon Wonder colour, it reminds me of Watermelon. Lastly, who doesn't love butterflies? The Butterfly Thinlits die has been getting a work out recently.
It was so hard to choose with all my new product. I would have loved to have made something with everything I received however time was not on my side.
So in my true fashion, I kept it nice and simple and made this.
Using the new Watermelon Wonder A4 cardstock as the base I then added a paper doilie cut in half and then layered some whisper White cardstock and coordinating envelope paper on top and gave them the flag look with the new Triple Banner Punch.
I stamped in Watermelon Wonder Ink the word "hi" on whisper White card stock and punched out with the 2" circle punch and layered on top.
However it was missing something.
So out came the Butterfly Thinlits die, some wax paper and some Vellum for something different, to create the butterfly.
I adhered the butterfly to the card using Mini Glue dots and then added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel on top to not only embellish the butterfly, but to hide the glue dot from showing through the vellum.
So that is just a sample of two of my favorite things from the new catalogue. The list is very long!
I hope you enjoyed my project! Here is a list of supplies I used to make this card:
