Wewekend Adventures anyone?

I would never have thought to use this dsp for a Christmas card, until I saw it used on a card on Pinterest. It gave me an idea so I retreated to the studio to make my own.

For something different, in all natural tones and even with a bit of a masculine feel, this non traditional card works.

I've paired the papers with the Pine Tree Trimmings dies to die cut the trees and rather than do the trees all the same colours, I switched it up and made them all different for a bit of interest.

Then for the sentiment, you know me and how I do like a good word die, I used the Christmas Words Collage Bundle of the dies and Embossing Folder.

I lightly inked up the folder before popping in some Beige cardstock and the dies, meaning when they were all cut, the sentiments came out with an inked outline, which makes the sentiment pop.

I think this card has a real "rustic" feel and I'm loving it.

I'm a fan of the rustic look and I'm happy I was able to pull it off on a christmas card.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my card today.

All items used to make this card features below and all items are available for purchase from my online store.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!
