Mixed Florals

I love the look of a Watercolour Wash on a natural coloured cardstock and I particularly love Crumb Cake and Black together so I grabbed the products I needed and had a go at this.

So this one was pretty easy to colour which is great for me as I'm not a confident colourer. As long as I stayed in the lines I was ok.

I started by mixing some of our White Ink with some water and using a Water Painter, I lightly coloured in the stamped image, stamped with Momento Ink. I kept applying white until I reached the desired shade but you do have to be careful not to add too much water.

Once dried, I stamped my greeting on to a scrap piece of Crumb Cake using momento and fussy cut, then adhered dimensionals to the back and applied to the card. 

I finished it off with some Iridescent Foil Gems.

It's a lovely look and for my first time having a go at this, I don't mind the result. I think this makes for a lovely Sympathy card.
