If you are anything like me, sometimes you look at a card and think "how did she do that"?

That's what happened when I saw this card. The original was made by Artisan Designer Verena Shapiro of The Simple Stamper.

I love the Decorative Trees bundle so I had to jump into action and give this a try. After a few minutes of studying the pic, I realised that it was quite easy to do.

So essentially, you start by die cutting three christmas trees in three different colours.

Then you take out the delicate die cut from the middle of the tree and then swap the colours around. Just a little tip, make sure to secure that die once you have placed it back inside the tree to ensure it doesn't pop out and it stays flat. I just used some adhesive on the back of the tree.

I really love the colour combo on this one as well and thinking about it, you could make this in any colour combo you desire.

I'm really happy with this one and I cant wait to send it on its way this holiday season.
