Country Flowers

I admire many fellow Stampin' Up! demos as they inspire me regularly with their talent and creativity.

I often look at their work and think two things:

"I wish I was that clever" and "Why didnt I think of that". Some just have a natural talent and it's amazing to be part of that community.

One designer that stands out is Artisan Designer Mikaela Titheridge of The Crafty Oink Pen in the U.K.

This is one of hers and when I first saw it I fell in love.

This is so soft, stylish, classic and fresh and I LOVE it! Full design credit to Mikaela of course. I think I changed one thing up from the original which was the embossing folder used for the background. I was very impresed that I had the folder that matches that particular design of dsp.

There is something so very "country" about a can of flowers and this set is very appropriate for any occasion. Mothers Day springs to mind, a birthday, thinking of you or just RAK.

This card gave me the opportunity to practise my colouring/blending. As I've mentioned before I am not the worlds most confident colourer but thanks to the Stampin' Up! blends which make it easy, I am improving. I'm super happy with my efforts on the can. The flowers were pretty easy.

I look foward to sending this card on it's way to someone. Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today.

All items used to make this card feature below and are available from my online store anytime.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!
