I would class this card as a Beginner Level card. I could teach someone new how to make this card as there aren't many complicated steps. The bundle really does all the work.
That onsie is a single die cut, layered onto another square die cut.
Then the sentriment stamped underneath from the same set and finished off with some blingy embellishments.
The beauty of this card is the colour combo can be changed to suit the sex of the baby and you could keep the layout the same or really dress it up.
