Spotlight on Nature

I have a confession to make........

I broke my own golden rule.  

You never buy just one part of a bundle, you always buy both even if you only like the stamp, you get it with the dies anyway.

Well with the Spotlight on Nature bundle, I did not do that.

Someone, who shall remain nameless, fell in love with just the dies only in this case, I blame Patty Bennett for that, who pointed out on her fb post that those particular dies go perfectly with the circle patterns on the Dotted Circles Embossing Folder. So I just bought the dies.

Thank goodness someone I know had the stamp set, so I just borrowed theirs. 

I'm also on a roll. Anyone else notice that this is the second card in a row now that's made without dies or fussy cutting? Sometimes its nice to do a card that's just all about stamping.

I love this card and the colour combo I've chosen, it's soft and elegant. This card would also make a beautiful Birthday or Thinking of You card.
