I love mixing different products from the catty. Let's face it, that is one of Stampin' Up!s strengths, coordination. Everything goes with everything.
Now if you are a beginner and just starting out, then this card is perfect.
You don't need to have everything to get started, just a few products will make a beautiful card.
In this case, just an Embossing folder and an Ephemera Pack.

I was not sure about this folder when I first saw it. However........
Just for the sheer size, this folder is JUMBO!
Plus that background is fun and makes an interesting background. Because it's a busy pattern, you really don't need many elements to dress the front, cue the Ephemera Pack.
The Ephemera Packs are so good for Card Makers and Memory Keepers. You get many sheets in a pack of beautifully printed die cuts that just pop out and are ready to be adhered to your project.
I then used a simple sentiment stamp set to add a sentiment to this card, just stamped with a dark ink on a lighter piece of cardstock and VOILA! A card done in minutes.
The beauty of this is you can dress it up as much as you want or leave it as is like I have done.
I sent this one to a team member who recently advanced in level and she loved it.
