Scraps anyone?

Do you have a pile of scraps and off cuts when you cut your dsp?

You know these pesky little strips left over, the bits you cut off the end when trimming a card front?

Ever wondered what to do with them apart from throwing them out?

Make a strip card!

Never throw your scraps out, believe it or not, they make for fun and interesting cards.

Simply line all your scraps up on a white piece of cardstock as the base and glue down, make sure they over lap the edges of the base, then take a pair of scissors and trim the edges so you get a nice and neat card front.

Then pop some dimensionals on the back and pop that up on your card base.....EASY PEASY!

Then dress as you desire.

I've kept these ones simple with a touch of Vellum, a simple die cut in white which looks fabulous and then some gold trim. No need for embellishments because the dsp is so pretty.

The best part is that you can make them all different with lots of different combinations of patterns from the dsp. You have two sides to choose from when laying down your strips. Choose ANY dsp, the possibilities are endless.

I love these and I'm so chuffed I didn't throw out those strips.

Thanks fotr stopping by to check out my card today. All items used to make this card feature below and are avilable from my online store anytime.

Until next time

Happy Stamping!
