These Designer Papers are so easy to work with, they are also fun and cute and conveniently coordinate with the Bright Skies Bundle in the Mini Catty.
I love simple cards that show off some of the paper designs so I had to make this one.

Now I CASE'd this and I never wrote down the original designer, it might even be Stampin' Up! themselves or one of the Concept Art deisgner at SU. Can't believe I didn't write it down!!
The good thing about this card, using that particular sentiment means it can be used for a variety of different occasions.
Particularly Birthday, because it's so bright and cheerful.
This card is also a great example of how to use up some of those pesky scraps left over that you aren't sure what to do with. This layout is perfect as you can show both sides of a design.
