This is a great technique and so easy to do.
It can make for a very quick and easy card, especially at this time of the year when we are making lots of Christmas cards.
Sara from Stampin' Up! actually demonstrated how to make this one in a quick reel on fb, I loved the overall look so I grabbed my fave Embossing Folder, some christmas colours and next minute, I had a great festive card. I made this one in Old Olive card, inked the folder with Old Olive ink and decorated with touches of Real Red, Gold and White.
The trick when inking the folder is to make sure you ink just one side of the folder and just the side thats raised up (bumpy side), then lay your cardstock in the folder, close carefully then run through the machine.
