A really good friend of mine purchased for me the BEST Birthday pressie EVER!
It was just after the big C hit back in 2020 and I was stunned to receive a voucher for a V8 Supercar Experience at the Norwell facility. Yes I'm a rev head and into cars as well lol
So obviously because of the whole "C" thing, I put it off for a while and the voucher was only good for 2 years, meaning it had to be used by September this year.
Now the weather is a bit cooler, I thought I would finally go and get my experience and it was absolutely the best thing I've ever done. I had so much fun and it was better than I expected.
So to thank my friend and her hubby for the most awesome gift, I made them a card of course.
This was made with Brand NEW products from the just released (yesterday - 01.07.22) July to December Mini Catalogue, which I also like to call the Christmas Catalogue.
The products are from the Splendid Day Suite, pages 64 & 65.
The suite is stunning and one of my faves. I hadn't used it before this card so I'm really happy that their card is the first one I made with those new items.
The papers are so fancy and they would even suit Engagement, Wedding or Anniversary cards as the reverse side have fancy foil designs.
I also made this in her fave colour - Fresh Freesia. She likes purple tones so I thought that was fitting.
I'm happy to report she absolutely loved the card!
