In this day and age, with everything that's happening, life is weird and we are experiencing new things fot the first time. So its really important we make sure to take care of ourselves, no matter how that looks.
For everybody it's different, but for me it's crafting, usually by myself with some background music on in my craft room, my cat not far away surrounded by all my papercrafting products.
This was the case for me recently so I sat to make a few cards and this was one of them.
I'm loving the Cup of Tea Bundle from the new Annual Catalogue, it's so easy to create with endless possibilities. I wanted to experiment with a colour combo for this card and it payed off.
The paper I have used is from the Host pack Design a Daydream and it has a variety of coordinating colours to use and I chose Mint Macaron and Blackberry Bliss. I think they are stunning together.
This card reminds me of my mum, firstly she LOVES Tea and secondly I have lots of memories of her saying "a cup of tea fixes of everything".
