Hello Ladybug!

This set is cute beyond belief and all because its called Hello Ladybug and lets face it, who doesn't love Ladybugs, I just had to have it. 

I also love this set purely for the fact that it comes with a Builder punch rather than dies, meaning I just need to get some scraps out of the scrap box and start punching out Ladybugs. 

Of course it has a coordinating stamp set so decorating her wings is very easy. 

I was itching to use this set and make some really simple cards with it, plus it pairs perfectly with brighter colours.

A common problem every papercrafter has is an abundance of designer papers and I'm no exception. Its a good problem to have really but what to do with it all. So my aim with this card was to demonstrate an easy and simple card with a way to use up some of that pretty paper. Just cut it all into card fronts, apply to a layer and then apply to a coloured card base, add a simple Ladybug, a stamped sentiment and presto, a quick and easy card. In one afternoon you could make a whole batch and just change up the sentiments, before you know it you have a stash on hand for those upcoming occasions.
