Recently one of my dear customers who lives only 20 mins from me, Zona emailed me to let me know that she hadn't been getting as much card making done as she would like because she, along with her family, welcomed in to the world her 11th Great Grandchild....a beautiful baby boy.
So, of course, I jumped at the chance of making the great grandma a congrats card. I decided to CASE a Crazy Crafter for this one.
The talented Sue Vine over at Miss Pinks Craft Spot.
I saw this card of Sues a while back and asked if I could case. I'm only just getting around to catching up on my CASE cards now, after a brief break to regain my mojo.
It wasn't until I made this card I realised how quick and simple it is.
Its also a great way to use up some of those scrap pieces of dsp left over.
I love the simplicity of it......some paper, with a decorative edge, layered on some coordinating card stock, stamped with a sentiment and finished off with some ribbon...perfect!
I hope she likes it.
