Celebrating an Engagement!

I've been MIA recently......don't know what happened.
Blame it on the weather! My mojo and interest just seemed to up and leave me all at once and I was left very unmotivated and not really enthusiastic about card making at all...... until recently. Well a few weeks ago.

One of my gorgeous team members and also Artisan Design Team Member Kayla MacAulay got engaged to her very romantic beau while on holidays in Melbourne, shortly after the On Stage event in Sydney in April.

I was super excited for them both as they are just the cutest couple and I couldn't be happier for them. So this meant making them an engagement card.

I had a hard time choosing the color to work with as I knew I didn't want to go the traditional gold or silvers or anything too blingy.

So I went with my fave Berry Burst which I'm happy to say is around for another year.

The Floral Dies are so elegant and pretty and fitting for such an occasion. You can really dress them up or leave as is, they are so versatile.

I didn't want to over do the card so I just added some ribbon and one rhinestone to compliment the dies. Then it needed a little something else so at the last minute I decided to add the small wooden heart in the corner....just a small touch of something different.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today.
A full list of items used to make this card features below and all items are available from my online store.

Until next time
Happy Stamping! (tap tap tap)
