Hinge Technique

So I finally received my fantastic new Stamp Positioning tool the "Stamparatus" a few weeks back and I have been having way too much fun with it...if that's even a thing!

I'm loving learning all the new techniques you can do with the one tool.

One of the techniques that caught my eye was the Hinge Technique. Because this tool is so unique in that the plates can be moved and repositioned in their "hinge position", it makes for a perfectly placed stamped card that looks like this

I must admit, being a new tool and a new technique I had never tried before, this did take a few goes to get right. But I learned some things along the way.

Without this tool, this stamp set would be a nightmare to line up perfectly every time. But with the Stamparatus, once I ironed out a few issues, it was easy peasy.

Here is a video by Shannon at Stampin' Up! demonstrating perfect placement of the stamps and the Hinge Technique.

The Stamparatus will be officially available in this years 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue on June 1st.
This tool is a MUST HAVE for any stampers craft room.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my project today.
A full list of items (exl the tool) used to make this card features below and all items are available from my online store.

Until next time
Happy Stamping! (tap tap tap)
