Hi everyone!
YAY...I think I'm organised this week..it's good to catch up after being away for a few days.
I am off again this Wednesday to attend Stampin' Up!s On Stage LIVE event in Brisbane which kicks off at noon on Thursday. I'm sooooo excited to see the new Occasions Catalogue and Sale-a-bration brochure. New goodies to play with.
So, lets get to the sketch.
Here is this weeks sketch challenge
and here is my version
I love the idea of the 3 seperate panels but wanted to mix it up a bit.
So after a bit of thought, it was decided I would cut them but not into 3 equal sized pieces.
I also decided to line them up straight down the middle, just for something different.
I have also 'raised' those pieces and given them a bit of depth using dimensionals.
I also wanted to make something using the new Copper products as I haven't really used these that much since their release.
I think they are perfect for christmas cards.
Plus its been a while since I did some heat embossing.
I love the simplicity of this card, its not OTT and its not underdone.
The punched sentiment is a retired punch as the one I wanted to use, "Classic Label Punch" I don't have yet......but YES..its on my wish list.
But you could use any small punch for that sentiment.
